Mary has been practicing law for over thirty years and now concentrates her practice in the areas of municipal law, business law and probate law. Representing several Massachusetts water districts in Middlesex and Worcester counties, Mary is experienced in municipal real estate issues, including conveying and leasing real property and eminent domain proceedings. Compliance with open meeting and public records laws, municipal procurement, public bidding and contract requirements, are examples of areas of experience. Mary works hard for her clients to ensure a favorable outcome and is able to engage with other municipal counsel and private counsel to seek resolution of conflicts.
