Family Law Paralegal
Brenda Williams is our family law paralegal. She has been with the firm in this role for over twenty-five years. Brenda is well-known to our clients and is a warm, welcoming voice on the phone as well as in person. She is an attentive professional and committed to assisting with all aspects of family matters including document preparation and prompt, regular communication with clients.
Brenda is originally from Rensselaer, New York but has resided with her family in Westford for many years. She has three grown children and one beautiful grandchild.

Real Estate Paralegal
Samantha is our real estate paralegal. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Economics from Westfield State University in 2019. Currently, Samantha is a first year law student at Massachusetts School of Law. Prior to joining our firm, she was a legal assistant and worked as an intern for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in Skokie, Illinois. Samantha is dedicated to assisting our clients with all aspects of the real estate transaction process. She regularly communicates with clients to be sure that they understand and feel supported during every step of their transaction. Samantha enjoys spending time at home with her family and golden doodle puppy. She is also an avid snowboarder and loves to visit the mountains as well as the beach.

Kylie Kukla is our real estate paralegal. She has over ten years experience in the area of real estate conveyancing. Clients frequently comment upon her exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness, and friendly manner. She will assist with your real estate transaction with efficiency and accuracy as well as with prompt and regular communications. Kylie grew up in Leominster, MA and graduated in 2011 from Providence College. A former All-American soccer player, she continues to enjoy playing pickup games. She also spends time hiking with her husband, daughter, and dog in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. She and her husband have summited almost all of New Hampshire’s 4000 foot mountains.

History of the Firm
The firm was originally founded by Maurice McWalter, Sr. in 1911. In his early years, Maurice, Sr. worked as a custom bootmaker by day and practiced law during the hours of “7:30 – 9:30 P.M.” (his original sign still hangs in the office today). Maurice McWalter, Sr. was later joined by his son Maurice McWalter who was appointed as a Concord District Court Judge. Maurice McWalter, Jr. joined the firm in 1962 and retired in 2007.
Now in its 110th year of practice, McWalter|Boisvert Law continues the tradition of providing exceptional, professional legal services. Please visit us at our new location in West Acton!
